"The God That Failed" by Per Haagensen

Per Haagensen was born in Norway and currently resides in Stockholm, Sweden. Currently the Senior Concept Artist/Character Art Director at EA DICE, Haagensen created concept art and illustrations for award-winning video game franchises like Star Wars Battlefront, Mirror's Edge, and Battlefield. Other clients include Blizzard Entertainment, DC Comics, Warner Bros., and Electronic Arts.

Haagensen's depiction of the smiting of a monster was inspired by "The God That Failed."
