Swizz Beatz Collaboration

Reference CD dated April 17, 2002, of Swizz Beatz Presents G.H.E.T.T.O. Stories. The album included a collaboration with Metallica, Swizz Beatz, and Ja Rule, composed during a break in St. Anger recording.

Producer Swizz Beatz chose sections from two different pieces the band offered and stitched them together for the single "We Did It Again." Six weeks after Ja Rule added vocals, the Swizz team in New York met with the Metallica team in California via computer hookup for a long-distance guitar solo from Kirk Hammett.
