Tuktoyaktuk Polar Beach Party

September 3, 1995, Metallica held a private performance in Tuktoyaktuk, a small seaside village north of the Arctic Circle. The show, titled the Molson Ice Polar Beach Party, was attended by approximately five hundred sweepstakes winners and had the support of the polar community, as well as the Center for Marine Conservation. ​
